Avon Perfume: Little Black Dress

It may sound snobby, but if I was looking for an everyday perfume one of the last places I'd think to look is Avon. My mum's best friend is an Avon rep so knows the products quite well and suggested trying the perfumes. Over Christmas I started borrowing my mum's Little Black Dress perfume as I'd forgotten to bring one home with me and ended up getting one for Christmas because I liked it so much. It's described as a timeless classic of honeysuckle, gardenia, jasmine, sandalwood and cashmere musk and although it has floral and oriental undertones which are noticeable, it's a little heavier than other daytime perfumes I own. It retails at £13 for 50ml which is incredibly affordable and the bottle looks fairly simplistic yet sophisticated, with no Avon branding. I'd rather spend more money on an expensive perfume to save for special occasions but Little Black Dress is a great alternative for a cheap, cheerful and lovely day-to-day scent you should get your hands on.

  1. It’s nice having something you can spray around without the worry of the cost! I haven’t picked up anything from Avon in such a long time. I used to love getting makeup from them when I was younger. Apparently their eyeliners are really good!

    1. Completely agree, using an expensive perfume for every day use isn't something I do! Haven't tried their eyeliner but I might give them a go when I next run out X

  2. It's really hard to adjust the perfumes for the office and party both. I think the jasmine, sandalwood and cashmere musk are the perfect blend for the party wear. Every stores like Buy Perfume in Bangladesh try to adjust the combination of office and party wear.
