Tidy Space, Tidy Mind

Having a large, well-organised desk space is key for me and at Uni, I'm lucky to have a big room with a big desk space in my bay window. I wanted to create a space to fuel motivation and make work and blogging an enjoyable experience at all times. Of course my laptop takes centre stage and my right-hand man is my weekly desk pad which sits to the left an is an absolute life saver. My printer is essential and I've popped a wicker basket on top to keep all of my notepads for Uni in, as well as a few folders next to it. As well as my speakers, I've got a rectangle wicker basket at the back with my external hard drive, holepunch, and various chargers and bits and bobs I might need. To the right is my stationary area and I've got a set of small wicker drawers with a storage box, letter box and some pretty flowers on top to make things a little more homely. Last but not least, I've got my to-do list, and academic diary for when I need to jot things down. I do pretty well to keep everything in place and organised which makes spending time at my desk enjoyable, instead of a chore.
