Oh So Nude

Friday, 5 September 2014

Nude is the perfect Autumn shade. It's classic, minimalistic and simple. From purer nudes to more mushroom hues, these are my top 5 polishes in the nude department. First in the lineup is Nicole by OPI Nail Lacquer That's Putting It Mild which is obviously great because of the name, but is also incredibly fast drying which is what I like to see. Next up is Essie Nail Polish in Sand Tropez and I haven't got a bad word to say about it. It's more of a mushroom shade but gorgeous all the same. In the middle sits a classic - Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Nail Paint in Lychee which is beautifully glossy and opaque. Models Own Hypergel Nail Polish in Naked Glow is next on the agenda and considering I've never owned a Models Own polish before, I'm pleasantly surprised. It glides on smoothly and seems pretty chip-resistant. Last but not least is this little Topshop gem. I'm a little bit heartbroken as it smashed to pieces the other day and is now at the bottom of my kitchen bin. I'm simply not prepared to dig it out to find out the exact colour so I'll hunt it down in store because I love it. So there we have it, my perfect little nude lineup.
