Link Loving #1

Sunday, 2 March 2014

Given that Sunday is the last day of the week, I thought I'd start doing a weekly roundup of the posts, YouTube videos and blogs I've been loving over the past week or so. I'm not sure how many of each I'll feature but this is a nice way to support other bloggers whose blogs and channels I love and hopefully give you guys some new content to read and watch if you haven't come across the blogger or YouTuber before. Without further ado, here's the links I've been loving this week...

Beleza By Ems - Triangl Swimwear

Emily is hands down one of my favourite bloggers. Her content is always beautifully written, her photography gorgeous and her reviews honest. Emily had been away for a little while due to uni deadlines so I was chuffed when she made an appearance back on her blog and started posting again. You can always count on Emily to bring you new brands you've never heard of before which is great. I really enjoyed reading her post about Triangl swimwear and have been lusting over the bikins ever since. Definitely worth a read.

I really like reading Rebecca's blog as her posts are always very informative and detailed. She posts a lot about trying to help other bloggers by giving tips and advice which I think is great. Being supportive is a great attribute for bloggers to have so I admire Rebecca for this. I loved her post about useful websites for beauty lovers and I'll definitely be trying some of the websites she suggested. We all suffer from bloggers block at some point or other so these should come in really handy for inspiration.

I attended a careers talk at uni on Tuesday and much to my surprise, Becky Sheeran from Talk Becky Talk was there. One of my best friends and I were fangirling and rustled up the courage to stay behind at the end and chat to her. She's the most lovely and down to earth person and gave us some great advice. She's all for being true to yourself and doing what you makes you happy which I think it so important. Her recent video about her new job venture is so exciting and I think it was really brave of her to leave the BBC after they asked her to close her YouTube channel down. A very inspiring, successful and lovely person.

Hello October - What's In My Bag?

Suzie is one of my favourite bloggers and I'm always excited when I see she's posted a new blog post or video. I love watching what's in my bag videos for the sheer fact I'm super nosy, not to mention the fact I majorly girl crush over her every time she's on my screen. Suzie's videos are always very fun and laid back and I learnt that River Island have taken their branding off their bags which pleases me! She has the cutest Michael Kors iPad Mini case and as always, looked flawless.

Makeup by Poppy

I joined in on the Wednesday #bbloggers chat for the first time in ages and I discovered some new blogs that I love. The chats are a perfect opportunity to interact with like-minded bloggers and find some new reading material for your Bloglovin' feed. I love Poppy's blog - her photography is so clear and crisp and her content is great too. Call me shallow but a good layout and design makes me happy and Poppy's blog looks so clean and fresh. I'm so glad I found it and I'll definitely be scrolling through her archive to read more posts.

Stefanie writes this blog which I found through the #bbloggers chat and I happen to really like it. Her header is very simple chic like the rest of her blog design. Again, her photography is lovely which makes a blog so much easier to read. I'm enjoying reading through her posts and I'll know I'll spend ages scrolling through admiring all of her pretty pictures. It seems like Stefanie puts a lot of time and effort into her blog which is really nice to see so I'll definitely continue to follow her blog.

What have been your favourites of the week? Which link do you like the best?
